Proposals Form for Training/Events (DOC file)
Please use this form to briefly describe the project or event you would like to propose for involvement by the North Coast Small Business Resource Center. This form should be used for requesting sponsorship of workshops, funding or involvement in special community events, requests for pass-through grant applications, etc. If you have a separate written description that includes additional information, please attach to this worksheet. Upon submission, you will be contacted by staff of the NCSBRC. This form is not for individual businesses.
