On July 24, 2002, the board of Directors and the Staff of the North Coast Small Business Development Center dedicated its Small Business Library to the memory of Frances K. Clark former Executive Director of the non-profit. Prior to her death in December 2001, Ms. Clark served Executive Director of the agency for fourteen years.
We are continually adding books and other resources to our library. To date, we have information readily available on topics such as:
- business plan development
- marketing your products
- choosing a brand name
- creating a web site for your business, and
- other valuable information.
Open weekdays 10am – 4pm. The library has a computer and printer, free to use by all NCSBDC clients, that includes a high-speed internet connection, business software, and an excellent off-line database useful for market research. Also located in the business library are color and black and white copiers, helpful forms and workbooks available for free and for purchase and a business plan work-station complete with a bindery machine.
