The North Coast SBDC plays a critical role in supporting Humboldt Made, a local non-profit whose mission is to build and grow businesses creating products locally. Businesses work with SBDC Advisors to streamline their business model including supply chain, work flow and customer outreach. Combined with the marketing assistance from Humboldt Made, these businesses can shorten the time it takes to enter the global marketplace. 

​Tech Futures Group

Tech Futures Group (TFG) is a group of experienced advisors who help startups and small, established technology companies.  Their charter is to help technology companies start, grow, thrive and reach the next level.  Since its inception in 2012, TFG has helped companies raise $49 million in capital.  To apply for TFG services visit their website or call (415) 494-7232.

Norcal PTAC

Northern California Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Norcal PTAC) has several services for businesses in Humboldt and Del Norte counties interested in the government contracting marketplace - all of which are free - including advising, workshops and webinars, matchmaking events, and bid-matching services. With 95 percent of the potential customers for U.S. goods and services living outside of the country, exporting provides vast opportunities for American businesses.
