A practical, hands-on workshop designed to help small businesses prepare for disruptions, protect employees and assets, reduce downtime, and strengthen financial recovery readiness.
This is a no-cost workshop generously funded by the California Arcata Chamber of Commerce, Office of Business (GoBiz) and the SBA.
This series is being taught by:

- Organize financial records for faster recovery
- Understand insurance coverage and potential gaps
- Document losses and prepare for disaster assistance
- Identify mission-critical operations and key dependencies
- Develop strategies to maintain or quickly resume operations
