Mike Balstad specializes in coaching owners to value their business correctly and plan a sound exit that protects both family and business financial interests. He delivers our "Buying a Business" and "Selling a Business" workshops and is a popular consultant for North Coast clients who want help with succession and exit planning. 

He recently launched his own business, Harvest Transition Solutions (bizleavable.com) and served as a Certified Family Business Specialist with MassMutual Financial Group for many years before that. He has two decades of financial industry experience in roles that have included working with individual and business owner clients toward defining and realizing their long term objectives as well as strategic planning and performance management for a large pension system.
