About Me:

Janet DePace is a longtime resident and entrepreneur of Humboldt County, one of the original founders of Yakima Products Inc. and Fire & Light Originals Inc. Her experiences with starting and growing businesses on the Redwood Coast led to an interest in Economic and Workforce development. To that end she has served on the board of Arcata Economic Development Corp., and the Humboldt County Workforce Investment Board.; at one point she was chare of both boards.

Prior to coming to the North Coast SBDC she ran or owned several other retail and manufacturing businesses, and maintained her own consulting practice with an emphasis on artists and manufacturers.
