Melanie Barnett has spent her career assisting small businesses and the owners and employees that create them, and believes in an integrative approach to business management. She has expertise in the specialty food industry, nation-wide food distribution, small and large scale event planning, group facilitation, program and curriculum development, financial projections, COGS analyzation, organizational development, marketing, and employee management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s of Psychology. She has a consulting firm in Humboldt County that specializes in business plan development and execution, and she is also an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and life coach that works with entrepreneurs, artists, and individuals.
